BEFORE CLASS PREP

l. Prepare ties
a. wash, take apart, save labels and linings
b. press ties, lining, and labels carefully
2. Cut two vest panels
(right front and left front) from muslin

3. Cover and press double-sided pellon® "Wonder-Under"®
Transfer Web to each vest front, ensuring there is a left and right side of the vest.

4. Play with the neckties and design a style for your vest.
Overlay colors and textures with embellishments you might want on your vest.

6 to 8 neckties
washed , taken apart, and pressed
more ties if you wish to do patchwork

labels clean and pressed

pins and needles
